The High Heeled Frog A couple months ago I was talking to My friend Richard Whitehead on the phone about burning scales on fish and hair on critters. I also told him I had planned to make another frog. He dared me to burn scales or hair on a frog. Now I never take a dare lightly so I set out to make the perfect Mistress for that old Texas Folkart Fart. HAHAHA. I grabbed a piece of old pine 4x4 and started making dust wondering what in the world I could do to make the effect I wanted. So I burned in the hair and next came the bikini with a row of upside down scales on the top for the lace. Cut some high heels and gloves out of brass and I had all I needed. It was still very cold and the days would alternate being hot and cold so the paint came out with a nice unintentional crackleback finnish on the legs and some on the side of the lure adding character to the lure. Sooo Pucker up Richard Miss Froggie wants a little smooch. Take her out dancing. HAHAHA $125 dollars in wood slide top box with labels. The only Highheeled Frog in the world.
