Peter Duguay has been an avid wood plug carver for quite some time now, however just recently his intrest has turned to insects and bugs. They seem to have such unique shapes and sizes that are quite challenging to replicate. He really enjoys the challenge. There are so many different bugs that he decided to create his own "Mother Nature Lure Collection". All of the lures in the collection are created from real life bugs and therefore he pays real close attention to details such as color, shapes and patterns. All of his lures are carved from bass wood, painted with acrylic and dipped in a high gloss finish. Each lure is numbered and initialed by the artist.
